Uploading my videos to YouTube and will post when I can.
This event was put together to benefit the families of the students affected by the Saugus High School shooting back in November 2019.
I was in the front row in front of Colin Hay on the right hand side, who I thought was stellar! Unfortunately, my angle was looking up at Colin and across the stage to Luke and Jeff Babko, while having a monitor right in my ear, thus, sound quality isn't top notch.
Luke, as always, was Luke. Got to meet him (became a 50yo fan boy on the spot) and get a pic with the band (dubbed the "Saugus Strong All Stars") in the pre-show Meet & Greet, with Luke's hand on my shoulder while standing between he and Warren Ham!
Luke was funny AF ("Come on man; get in here. How you doing?") and I made a comment to him about loving the book, but really enjoying the the Audible version much better, to which he responded "wait for the next one..."
The band was incredible. Luke made a comment before "Rosanna" saying that they were all there "out of love and no rehearsal", but that some of them had played together before.
