I Saw David Paich Last Night

Postby Rockinreggie » Mon Jul 13, 2009 1:18 pm

I ran into David Paich last night at the Michael McDonald/Boz Scaggs show at the Greek Theater in Los Angeles. I just said hello & he said all was well. Then I also saw Jeff Babko after the Greek Show as he was playing at the Baked Potato. A cool night of music in L.A.

Cool to know.
Let's hope Luke and Paich's recent collaboration on Benson's new album helped rekindle some of that old TOTO magic.
Tho I won't hold my breath!

I put on Toto Live In Amsterdam on my way to work this morning, that opening medley just wakes you the fuck up! Made me sad that their days are over for now... and likely for a while. Luke's solo album was great and he was fun to see in an intimate setting, but what I would give to see Toto...

No shit! You and me both. They're top on my list of bands I haven't seen that I would LOVE to. :D
