Toto and Michael McDonald Live

Postby Ehwmatt » Tue Jul 09, 2013 9:39 am

Anyone have any idea if the toto and Michael
McDonald double billing at the Niagara Falls casino on aug 23 and aug 24 involves toto opening, or sharing the stage with McDonald?

In other words, if I were to make the trip, what would I get? 30 mins of toto? Toto backing McDonald? 2 hours of toto music? McDonald is boring as hell live from past experience so id be going only for toto.

I don't know how long of a drive it is for you to get in the Cincinatti area, but they are playing there as the headline act, with Dave Mason opening. I'm sure it will be the whole show. I am thinking of driving over there from NW Indiana (4 hours), just to go to the show, as it doesn't look like Chicago is an option yet on this tour.

Thanks man. I knew of that date and I'm considering it, but the Thursday date makes it a lot tougher, particularly because I'm returning from a 9-day vacation the previous week. That is definitely the preferable bill (Mason is very good live if you've never seen him), although Niagara Falls actually is closer than Cinci for me believe it or not. I'll keep you posted.

I guess this venue is in the Dayton OH suburbs, makes it a little closer to me which is cool. I booked my tickets today, I am pumped! This is going to be great to see the band, I didn't think I would ever get to see this line-up.

Wonder if they'll join him for "Keep Forgettin'"?
