I will go with "Hey Little Girl". Always loved that one, too bad there is no recording of it apart from a demo and a killer live version at the Agora Ballroom.

There was an untitled demo they recorded around the Kingdom of Desire era that was amazing. It had Lukather humming the melody line and sounded like classic Toto. Someone pointed Lukather to a Youtube of it a while back and he replied that it was something they would have a new look at. I still hope it's something that will crop up on the next album.
