CWF: Champlin/Williams/Friestedt

Anybody get this? As a fan of Williams and Champlin, I'm tempted. At the same time, it feels like one of those cobbled together super group projects Frontiers shits out every month. I like what I hear, there's a def. smooth West Coast vibe on both this and the earlier Williams/Friestedt collab. Champlin comes from the BK school of constipated white soul over-singing and Joe continues to sound great. Worth a buy?
