Is this going to get an official release? I know the 1991 show is,
I read somwhere a few months back that the 2015 was also,
but can't find the link or any information

No way this will be an official release - I think I read/heard most of the band was jet lagged and this was a 'one off' special show a month after their 2015 tour ended.
