I have friends saying the Weezer covers are as good as the TOTO originals. These people are deaf.

I've never heard a Weezer song that didn't make me feel a little dumber after hearing it. I have no idea how of all the great bands from when I was a kid in the early 90's, Weezer is somehow one of the few who is still a band in 2018.

I'm discussing the Weezer covers on their own merits. Anything else is meaningless to me. How many rappers have sampled TOTO? Am I to applaud them as well?
