OT: It's Official... Genesis Reuniting

I'm pretty sure that, once it was determined that PG wasn't going to be involved in this reunion, that Banks/Collins/Rutherford decided it would be easiest to revert to the trio format (augmented by guitarist/bassist Daryl Steurmer and drummer Chester Thompson) that constituted Genesis for the most commercially successful period of the band's career.

And Hackett himself has said that he'd want PG to be there if he participated. So, either way, I'm sure everyone is comfortable with the situation for now.

Now, should PG end up doing something with the band in the future, as he has hinted may happen, I think we should expect Hackett to sign on at that point. A recreation of the epic TLLDOB tour, perhaps? A fan can dream, lol...

BTW: don't count on hearing anyone's solo material if you go to a show. 100% Genesis is what we'll get...bank on it.
