Talking about Beatles cover bands.There is one visiting Toronto right now called Rain.I think they got 6 or 7 nights in Hummingbird Centre where Dennis played last year.I think it holds 2500 people or so.They were here a couple of years in a row.Very impressive.

In a similar vein, the Smithereens have released a cover of "Meet the Beatles" called "Meet the Smithereens". They cover the entire album. I heard the snippets of it on itunes and will probably go buy it. If you like both bands, this is a real gem.

Ya, They are plaing in London Ontario at the End of January. It holds about 9800.

RAIN is a great band. I go see them in March. It's the closest thing to seeing the real thing.
