You tell that JY to go stick it up his can! :x

I'm not saying who it was. You can speculate all you want, it's done and over.

Figure out what is best for everyone involved and then see if its plausible. If it could be done give everyone ample time to complete new projects, and tie up loose ends. After all other commitments are taken care of get into the studio(as a group) and record a new CD. Finally, strategically orchestrate fourty plus shows in top Styx cities supporting their new CD and see what the hell happens .

Brilliant
Nothing more needs to be said.

Yup, Whatever Dennis wants, Dennis should get.

The only way they should play together again is if it what all parties wants, not Just Dennis. At this point, the only way it should happen is as a last hurrah before Styx is retired from the touring scene.

Don't get me wrong - by no means do I like all DDY songs (I can be critical), but both camps are guilty of some songs which are not the (ahem) best. I'd be more than happy to never hear "Yes I Can" again as much as most people hate "Babe".

you would've hated the glen show sat nite then... lol!

Why did he play "Yes I Can"?

I like Glen and would see him live solo if he played near me and I was around. I like acoustic-based stuff. "Yes I Can" just gets on my nerves.

yeah, he played it! surprised the shit out of me! he also played KTTTYL & KYAG, amongst other classic glen tunes. I have some videos up on utube, but didn't get a chance to do YIC yet.

do a search for glen (or me... stmonkeys) and you should find them.
