I'm pretty sure most of you guys have heard and probably even played this game. Anyway can someone please tell me why there are no styx/reo songs on there? They deserve to be there just like anyone else.

It is great exposure to today's kids.

Its great when one of the songs my kids have been playing shows up in my cd player and they immediately go off! They now know some great songs they would never have listened to otherwise. Plus, it cracks me up seeing my daughters jamming to the likes of "Carry on My Wayward Son" or "Surrender"...just don't want them quoting the "Momma's alright, daddy's alright...they just seem a little weird" or other parts of the song. They are amazing on that toy guitar. I can't do it. They laugh at me.

I was reading an article about how all the interest in Guitar Hero has translated into more people picking up REAL instruments and taking lessons. A very positive influence, indeed!!!! Now, if only my 7yo daughter would pick up the guitar i bought her... LOL one of these days...

Still, she has a few Glen & Styx tunes loaded into her Barbie Girl ipod...LOL I must be doing SOMETHING right. ;)

My 9 year old's favorite song has been Come Sail Away since she was 6. She loves to beat the crap out of the back of my car seat during the kick A drum parts. Hilarious! She got to go with when DDY came to town and was singing along to every word of the song. Made my wife tear up...almost got me.

That's pretty awesome. Is that a digital download add-on?
