Shaw/Blades in Atlanta

I am so glad I went to this, it was GREAT!! My friend got us free tickets from one of her clients, and we also got VIP passes, which meant we could go back to the VIP lounge and sit in the area to the side of the stage. Not much happening in the VIP area, but it was cool to just go back there. We didn't like sitting on the side since you couldn't see the guys, so we headed down to the floor after the first song. I don't know the setlist, mostly because I had a nice tequila buzz going, but it was very similiar to those I've seen on the forum here. I was really hoping for Crystal Ball, but that didn't occur. Every song sounded perfect to me, and the guys did alot of joking and talking about the songs in between. My favorite was Lucky Man, probably because I'm a big ELP fan. The crowd was really subdued, and most didn't even stand up till the last few songs. I will definitely go out and purchase their CD's after hearing how well their voices blended together. Don't miss it if you get the chance!!

So wait a minute, for someone who despises the current lineup of Styx and slams Tommy Shaw (and everyone else who DARES disagree with your opinion) you actually went to see this show? Something doesn't jive.

Talk about the pot calling the kettle black.

hmmmm, I don't buy this either. I hate the Dixie Chicks with a passion, yet I'm not on their webboards talkin trash about them or giving them my money to go see their concert. Something is amiss. Are you just a liar or a Closet fan? You actually love Styx, but want to act kewl for your friend(s)

Come on, admit it.

He was there and then he woke up with his small unit in his hand.
