IMO, Styx can do any Styx song they want...because they ARE Styx (whether you like it or not). Dennis solo is not "Renegade".

Only the tickets says STYX because Dennis did not want to waste 100s of thousands of dollars payin lawyers to keep the name.
They have played the same songs for 10 years so they are not doin any song they want.

And, settlement says it's Styx, and Dennis' signature proves it's Styx, and the venues that have the band pay for Styx, and the people who buy the tickets paid for Styx.

Only whiners who can not face reality still say stupid crap like they are not Styx.

These songs weren't added to piss anyone off.

I don't think he woke up one day and said "I think I'm going to piss off my former bandmates, I'm going to add "their" songs.

I think he woke up one day and thought, "I'm drawing fewer and fewer people with this solo show. I need to make it more like Styx...because that is what the people really want. They don't want to hear my solo stuff, even new solo stuff, or obscure Styx songs. Styx is what made me famous, not being solo, and that is what the public are willing to pay for. So, I have a choice...either continue to perform for a handful of people who know "Desert Moon", or play to the same crowd that Tommy and Styx are currently playing for...and if I'm going to do that, I may as well add Tommy's Styx songs too."

No fuckhead your wrong...as much as you want to believe you aren't. The pseudo Styx is the one losing fans - not Dennis. Just makes it all the more likely that people book Dennis over Styx - with Dennis you get all the songs...he doesn't play one obscure song in his set list - unlike the joke that is out there with the name. They may have the name, but they don't have the game!!
