If Gilmour shows up anywhere, NY is as likely as anything. I'd weep too. That's exactly how I felt when I saw his version of Comfortably Numb off of Gdansk. He and Richard Wright (his last performance). I think that version of the CN solo might be the best. I never got to see either incarnation of Floyd (with our without Waters), and I regret it to this day. And when Gilmour was @ the Beacon Theater in NY in support of On An Island, I couldn't justify the ~ $250 per ticket, plus the other ancillary expenses (parking, dinner, etc.). My sons are 10 & 11, and their favorite band by far is Pink Floyd (they hear quite a bit of it). The younger one is taking up bass - his goal is to play One of These Days. I'm so proud of them.

very cool.

I was lucky enough to see Floyd and Waters a few months apart when they were doing the Momentary Lapse of Reason and Radio Kaos tours. Both were spectacular.
