You were promoting your radio station on this Forum, Facebook and who knows what other outlet. Maybe people on here didn't know that you paid the royalty fees or the yearly flat fee (or did you pay it?) to play any music on your internet radio station, public or private, they just wanted to give you a heads up, that's all. Obviously many people on here were listening to it and even gave you feedback.

There are also quite a few people that read this forum and do not post, including musicians.

Yogi was very sincere in helping you, I met him in person and he's a great guy.

If he is broadcasting old KBFH shows from old CD's or tape, he is also violating copyright law...regardless of any 'fees' he may have paid...Unless, of course, KBFH sent him a CD for a 'one time broadcast' - which we all know didn't happen.

I know what my intentions were. They were nothing more than to try and help someone out. I did it in a PM to try and let him know what I thought in private.

Growing up I had been told numerous times to not offer help or advice unless you were asked for it. I will NOT ignore that very good advice again.

I also know from this experience that Froy is a person that blames EVERYONE else for his own problems, is a liar, and is a complete and useless idiot.

Sounds to me like Yogi's intentions were in Froy's best interest and sincere. So how did Yogi ruin the station, Froy?

It was a threat plain and simple. Do you think I need Yogi to warn me about internet downloading?
You can't download from a internet radio station. So he emails me with a threat forget it.

The station is up and running just fine unfortunately I can't trust Yogi and his threats so it will remain private.
When I play a STYX concert I don't need to look over my shoulder to see if YOGI is on the phone causing trouble.

Yogi NEVER threatened you and I'm sure no one was trying to download anything FROM your station. Again and again, he was looking out for you on what you were broadcasting that "could be" illegal, like a boot from a show that the artist/musician might not want out there.

Didn't Roger's people want you to take some stuff off of YouTube that you put up there? It's the same thing.

Years ago, he had Journey on him cuz of dealing in bootlegs. So, he has a history of pushing the line.
