I was just wondering; will Todd be playing drums again for him like in the strange animal shows last year? That would be wicked!
styxdudebrandon wrote:Holy Crap, the show was so amazing, Gowan sounds so great live. Todd did a great drum solo and Taylor Mills, his wife also was on stage doing backup vocals! I got to highfive Gowan and got alot of really good pictures on my phone that I will probably upload later.
Near the end of the show, Larry said that he would be back there with Styx in October, which I had no clue about. I just went on to Ticketmaster they are doing a 3 day stint at the Fallsview Oct 4-6. Tickets just went on sale Friday morning, and they are already almost sold out, which makes me sad![]()
Also, we got on the train today heading out from Niagra to Toronto, and who happens to be behind us? Terry Gowan, Larrys Brother and Bass Player! We talked with him for awhile and shook his hand and such. It was a really cool trip in all, totally worth it!

Which show did you see? I saw Thursday and then was able to score a ticket for Friday night too. He really shines with his own material, it's more of a rock show live than you would think. The studio albums are kind of pop but not when played live. Todd was excellent, I had a good view of him and his kit for the Thursday show. Both shows were excellent, but Friday's might have been a wee bit better.
