toph, seriously, and i am not trying to stir by saying this what could they do that would be "new" at this point…..there are only so many ways to play a song live……only so many rock star poses you can make playing live……yes going out into the crowd is a move that he and many others have done for decades but you don't see a lot of these days and most folks seem to enjoy it.

but regardless your comment is really baffling to me…….have you seen DDY or any other artist do anything on stage in the last twenty years that hasn't already been done? i mean after the 80's and those mega tours by everyone i think that it's all been done now.

Except for the fact that he is 30yrs older now and the girls were a lot prettier back then...and would read a statement like "Tommy's nuts" in a completely different way.

Compare this to the talent in the Cold War live video in 1983. They have now gotten older, heavier, grayer, and are more likely to stay seated...happens to us all...
