Ebay & Styx Stuff

Postby SuiteMadameBlue » Sun Jan 16, 2005 4:29 am

Does anyone on here bid on Styx or Dennis stuff on Ebay? There are a couple of people that I've been bidding against and it's driving the prices up (which is okay for the seller). It's like the same people - UGH I figured out a few Ebay names and locations and have backed off. Mainly because I didn't need that item that bad - LOL

I just received an awesome Styx poster from the Paradise Theater time. Great condition, awesome seller. That baby's going to be framed!! I also have a HUGE Pieces of Eight poster. I've never seen a poster that big. I'm thinking it must've been from a record store at one time.

I have to go through my Styx bins sometime this year. I think I have some great finds - LOL

Anybody else have any great Styx finds?

I bid on Styx stuff, but haven't been real active with it since mid November. If you want my ebay user name, send me a message and I'll give it to you. And there are times I will bid on stuff just because and don't really expect to get it or want it. But I do that mostly with concert tix. Stuff like buy the tix for $200 a ticket or auction for $1. I make those $1 bids all the time. Go figure. But if I don't want it, I rarely will send in a second bid.

I do bid from time-to-time. I got "Back to the World" and "Boomchild" from eBay -- I think I may have done buy-it-now with those two.

I have bid on a few items I thought might be cool to have but rarely win.

I did get pristine copies of the DDY "Songwriter" and "Keyboard Player" cover magazines. They were as good as new.

Those poseter sound really cool, Suite.
