Tommy must have written it!![]()
Yeah probably, just kinda sounds like one of those songs that isn't even good enough to be even considered on an album, not even filler material.
Don't ya think you should just be happy that they are at least coming out with new material? I know i am.
I would of been happy if it was actually a good song, this song should not be released. It is even worse than "Just Be"
just be is a fantastic song,,,better than anything on 100 years from now
Insanity. I'm as big a fan of the post-1999 Styx as anyone (even created an international crisis violating the Western Hemisphere Travel Initiative at the US/Canadian border to see them on New Years Eve 2009 in Canada) That said, to state that "Just Be" is better than anything on 100 Years From Now, is a simple implicit admission that you'll spare no effort to bash DeYoung and compliment post-1999 Styx. All logic is against you here. Is music subjective? Yes. But, you're clearly making outlandish statements to stir shit up. Don't say "oh but froy does it!" because we're all aware that froy does it. Be the better man. Don't stoop to his level to attack DeYoung.
music is not subjective...it's either good or it's not
That is false. What one person thinks is great, another person thinks is terrible. Witness the Ramones for one obvious example. It is down to personal taste and that is all different. The value of ALL art is merely in the eye (or ear) of the beholder.
