Styx in Sweden

Looks like my husband and I might go to Sweden next June - LOL  I told my husband if the band Accept ever gets back together he has to go see them. I don't know if they'll make it to the states for touring. I know they're going to be touring Europe for a reunion tour. I can't remember, but someone that posts on here is an Accept fan, I think.

AnyHoo,

Here's the information, yes this is Styx related :)

ACCEPT, BLACKFOOT, STYX. KANSAS, DIO & MAGNUM are among the first
batch of names confirmed for next year's Sweden Rock, which happens
in Solvesborg from June 9-11.

LOL That's funny and that song is funny too. I'm not a huge fan of Accept, but my husband and I have the stereo wars, he blasts his Accept and I blast my Styx (when the kids aren't around-LOL) I wouldn't mind seeing them, I haven't headbanged since seeing Judas Priest (with Ripper). My husband is in contact with Gaby (Wolf's wife and Accept's manager) by email. Oops, me bad, I'm bragging again - LOL

Rock on :)

That would be me, Suite! That is great news to hear that Accept is getting back together for a reunion. I sure do wish they'd come stateside, though. I don't really have the means for an overseas trip anytime soon

Speaking of Balls To The Wall, I'm just glad no one came up with a dance to go along with it. That would've been interesting, and most likely, painful :D

EK, thanks for letting me know, I knew I talked to someone on here about Accept :) If I find anything out about them coming to the US, I'll let you know. We don't have the means to travel overseas either, but my theory is "life is too short" and I like to live every day like it's my last. (Right Sadie & Bugsy  )

Okay everyone, please check out the line-up for Sweden Rock. Styx kind of seems out of place, hopefully they'll be playing all the "rockin' songs -

After seeing "Bands Reunited", I wouldn't mind seeing Vixen live. Looks like a LOT of bands are getting back together, hmmmm

Looks like it will be a European Tour of some sort.

Styx will also be playing in the Netherlands on the Arrow Classic Rock festival on June 11, with Kansas and many more bands...
