Bandname.com

Today I found a very interesting website: bandname.com. It is a registry of all band names. I looked up Styx, and there are 2: one's in New York (if I remember correctly), called "Styx", and then there's ours: "STYX" in Chicago. Am I nuts, or doesn't Tommy always capitalize all letters in the band name? I guess it's a legal issue? Is that why he does that?
