Suite, this may be for you and your crack investigative team.

When comparing the CITA album vs video, there are many songs not included on the other version

+ "Heavy Metal Poisoning (Live)", "Cold War (Live)", "Renegade (Live)", "Haven't We Been Here Before (Live)" & "Don't Let It End (Reprise) (Live)" - These live tracks do not appear on the companion "Caught In The Act Live" audio album and are only available here on the video version of "Caught In The Act Live".

+ "Babe (Live)", "Suite Madame Blue (Live)", "Miss America (Live)", "Fooling Yourself (The Angry Young Man) (Live)" & "Crystal Ball (Live)" - These live tracks do not appear here on the video version of "Caught In The Act Live" and are only available on the companion "Caught In The Act Live" audio album.

Does anyone have any idea what may have happened to the missing video footage that was recorded for the video?

Our (the crack investigative team) opinion is that while the show was filmed over several nights, the video quality of the songs may not have been good enough to include. The decision might have been made by the production company.

There are always recordings that might sound good to some, but may not be good enough for others. For example, when they finished filming the RTP concert, they were told there were sound issues with the first 3 songs. Did they want to refilm them, or did they want to see if it could be fixed? They went with the latter option. Some say you can hear the sound distortion on those tracks, others say no. It's just a question of what the production company and band feel they can live with.

Froy I wish you were there!! Sadie will post a review of the show, she's really good at posting concert reviews. She'll post it a little later, we had a terrible ride home in the snow last night. I'm always happy being at any Dennis show. The concert was longer than Milwaukee, the music was great but the crowd was sitting down way too much. "Pieces of Eight" is one of my favorite live songs now. It's awesome!!!!!

I was told many many years ago, from a record store owner, that the reason songs were misiing from both, were to get the consumer to buy both. Hey like this song and this song, but one is on the vid, and the other is on the record. If you want both, you got to buy both.-ERIC
