These are my predictions:
I Can See for Miles: Shaw
Summer in the City: JY or Gowan
Can’t find My Way: Shaw
Find the Cost: All 3 (or 4 including Phillips)

I don’t know these songs well enough to venture a guess. Any thoughts?
