Lurkers coming out of the woodwork

Kinda funny to see those lurkers to all of a sudden make a post. Hope that they come out of the dark more often.

Nah, as long as there's a froy and the perjorative "Carrot Styx" bandied about here, I'm afraid lurking is in all of our best interests, especially my own. It takes everything I've got to not go batshit on people after reading these forums most of the time so I come here maybe once a month to get caught up and -- if I can handle it -- make or peep or two that doesn't result in the literary equivilent of a decapitation or a skewering. Anymore than that is a headache for everyone. Unlike the forementioned, I don't feel the need to waste bandwidth and Andrew's diskspace spewing the same tired old illogical material year after year. I figure Andy's got enough trouble-makers as it is and sure hell doesn't need me piling on (although I probably just did)

Psycho,

Funny but when StyxNH mentioned 'lurking' you came to mind first :D

You have after all mentioned lurking about, even when not posting as frequently as you'd like. Glad to see you're back posting on a somewhat regular level, even if we are polar opposites on some issues.

Your enthusiasm and passion still makes for great reads. Hell I've kept the PM you sent me shortly after your father passed away because I was shocked as hell that during a time of personal tragedy, you still took time to send a complete stranger (me) a very heartfelt and insightful note as to what kind of guy your dad was.

Welcome back,

Scott

Writing is my only sanity and the alternative to that PM was to still see my old man sprawled out on the living room floor and that tube jutting out of his craw. That's not my idea of an alternative -- shit like that happens, best to keep the mind occupied as best one can! :)
