For this thread ( but not in real life ) I'm making a Styx CD to put in the
Car Stereo to help me stay awake on an "all-nighter" drive. It cant include any slow songs ( First Time would drive me right into the ditch ! )
or even songs with a slower start.
Here are the songs that jump to mind for me:
Midnight Ride
Born for Adventure
Put Me on
Jonas Psalter
I'm gonna Make You Feel it
You need Love
Miss America ( edit out opening keyboards )
The Grand Illusion
Lords of the Ring
Blue Collar Man
Rockin the Paradise ( edit out DDY in the beginning )
What am I missing ? and for fun, if you want to make a 2nd CD featuring other bands, go for it !

I'm thinkin we'll need a little Cheap Trick for this journey....
How Bout'
Surrender and California Man ?
Sir Elton's studio version of Saturday Night's alright for fightin
and Sir Paul's fab four version of Helter Skelter would fit right in too.....
then I'll reach back to Grand Funk's "We're an American Band", and Jethro Tull's Locomotive Breath...followed by The Zep and "Rock and Roll"
Geez, we've got enough music now to drive until at least dawn !
Let's road trip ! Whose with me ???
