I forgot to thank styxfanNH (thank you) for sending me a link for the Canadian Soundstage. WOW, how could they leave off Suite Madame Blue/Show Me The Way in the first place?

My only complaint with the DVD is they added both songs as Bonus Features and didn't include them within the context of the show.

Methinks this was the source of some of the disagreement between Dennis and the Soundstage producers when all this was going down.

SMB sounds amazing on this DVD. It really should have been left in the original performance and they should have cut out something else to make room for it....but what?
