In another attempt to get money from there fans Tom and Jim are now trying to sell a 5 song download for 5 bucks. Does anyone really want to buy a Larry Gowan version of anything ? Im mean really the guy is a paid hand in a dufunct version of STYX and fans are supposed to fork over a fin to hear him destroy Come Sail Away ?

Timeline

1. Anytime ( preferably yesterday )

JY mysteriously chokes to death in the middle of the chorus while singing the chorus to Loralei....cause ofdeath.....bad carma !!

2. No more than 15 minutes after #1

Gowan, crippled with grief and guilt resulting from being nothing but a two bit stand in for OVER SIX %#@!&$#!! YEARS realizes the only way to rectify this travisty of justice and the american way ( an especially enlightened revelation for a canadian to have, doncha think ? ) is to bow out of the band, and take some singig lessins !

3. Within oh, 30 -35 Seconds after #2

Ricky, Chuck, and Todd all plead with Tommy to correct the obvious catastrofick imbalince in the Rock and Roll universe, and do whatever it takes to get Dennis to rejoin HIS OWN FRIGGIN BAND !


4. 1 day after #3 ( gotta allow TS some time to pack/travel to Chicago )

Tommy, on bended knee BEGS Dennis to came back and forgive him for the error of his ways


5. Several days after #4.....Dennis has to give the boys time to sweat it out a little ya know.

Dennis agrees, but only if he's given total control of everything, right down to the color and style of underwear the rest of the band is allowed to wear during each recording session and concert.


6. 3 months after #5....after all DDY's perfection of production does take time....

They release a CD of all DDY penned songs, which of course will go multi platinum....allowing Dennis ( and Froy ) to say a big fat I TOLD YOU SO !!!!! to all the JY and TS fans.


And that, is how "the Froy sinayreeoh" will take place, Count on it !

Perhaps because he got enough out of the settlement, knew he wouldn't win more, put Styx in the past, and was realized the lawsuit was vengeful, arrogant, and carrying it thru would do more harm then good....kinda like most of your posts.

Styx should stop trying to hurt the Dennis/Styx legacy
Who in there right mind wants to hear Gowan sing Come Sail Away
Is it that easy to just throw away the past and let some screamer sing this great tune and then try to sell it off as styx
The current Styx is out to hurt Dennis DeYoung

It is not a healthy thing for a guy like dennis and Im not happy about it
Would it be funny JY if Dennis got sick again over this situation that you just won't let go , Will you and Shaw make fun of him
