Suite's tagline

Postby ek88 » Wed Nov 09, 2005 2:28 pm

Okay Suite, the Chippendale's look-a-like avatar was one thing, but proclaiming the Green Bay Packers a wild card winner might be the most offensive thing I've seen yet (looking both ways for classicstyxfan, as well)

:D

Oh, by the way everyone, this is an off-topic post!

LOL, the only ones that complained off-line were guys about the cowboy picture -LOL I think that's funny. So, what do you think about my Chuck Cecil picture? :)

Really, you think so? Anything can happen, it's still early in the season. We just need to win and keep the Bears (ACK) out of the top. The Packers can do it, they're re-grouping and everything will work out.

I'm glad to make you laugh - LOL With football, or any sports, anything can happen, it's still early in the season.

Maybe I should go in the locker room (again-LOL) and give them the famous "Suite" speech. They'd win!! They'll win this weekend, just wait!! (I hope) LOL

Against Atlanta at home? Hmmm, yes, you are optimistic! I totally know the Vikings are going to get their asses handed to them this weekend. We NEVER beat the Giants, not even at home and certainly not this year!

Hey, like Tommy Shaw always says "Never Say Never" (LOL)

No offense, but I hope the ViQueens go down, very hard this weekend.

Pttt, Atlanta, LOL So they're only 6-2, big deal. Things have to turn around, they will (LOL).

Remind me on Monday about this thread - LOL

Not that I should be talking with my ex-hometown's team, the Texans, who cannot buy a win....HOWEVER....

Perhaps Green Bay should let that guy who ran on the field and took the ball from Favre play. Who knows? Maybe he could throw a few completions.

(Oh am I going to be in trouble HERE!! :P )

OK, ok. Mr. Favre is one of my favorites and what a great career he has had! All teams have their down times. Looks like GB is having theirs.

(Then there are teams who ONLY have down times -- taa daa! -- the Texans!)

I am a Packer Fan Win or Tie !!!! ( OK, or Lose too, that's just much harder......) And would love to see " The Suite Scenario" come true, but even I have to admit that would be the biggest comeback this side of Knute Rockne !!!!

SO, while I root for a Packer Victory EVERY week, and get frustrated when we lose, I know with each loss Reggie Bush is one step closer to holding up that Packers Uniform on Draft Day !!!!

If that happens, look for the Packers vs the AFC Champion in Super Bowl 41, which will forever be known as "Favre's last Hurrah" !!!!!

In the mean time, if that cant happen, my season boils down to 3 weeks....vs Vikings, Bears and Bears !!! if we end up 4-12, those are the 3 victories that could save the year for me !

All you arguing over which team is the best in the sorry sorry NFC North. Da' Bears will win it by default, but they will get to see a couple of good teams from the sunny south along the way. Watch out for the Falcons. But really watch out for my beloved Panthers. First our team will stomp the Bears and then our cheerleaders will go kick some nightclub ass. Woo Hoo!

Arguing??? who's arguing...Actually Scott, I agree with your assessment...Da Bears will win the Division by Default because all of the other divisional teams are pathetic at best and then Da Bears will get stomped in the first round...

Unfortunately I have to agree with the assessment (especially the part about the cheerleaders  ). But given that our beloved Bears haven't gotten this far in a long time...well we will be happy with this.

OK, two things.

Sadie? Vince Vaughn?? I am afraid Jennifer ("We're just good friends!") Aniston has him.

Secondly. Da Bearz now have former University of Texas running back Cedric Benson -- so they cannot be ALL bad.

YOUR teams cannot claim any of this (mah ha ha ha)

The Green Bay Packers have won more championships - 12 - than any other team in National Football League history.

Green Bay also is the only NFL team to win three straight titles, having done it twice (1929-30-31 and 1965-66-67).

Most NFL Championships: Green Bay Packers 12, Chicago Bears 9, New York Giants 6, Dallas Cowboys 5, San Francisco 49ers 5, Washington Redskins 5, Cleveland Browns 4, Detroit Lions 4, Pittsburgh Steelers 4.

GO PACKERS!!
