Born and raised in the Windy City. A great city. As for your vacation...I'm sure you will find them playing another rodeo, airport, frog festival, balloon festival (I realize I am mixing the players here).

Not sure that's a vacation I'd want. But see...baby, I like the weather

Kind of an odd choice for Dennis to allow to open for him.

Do they have ANY orginal members left in that group??? I believe I am correct in that it took a bunch of court cases to see who got the name LRB.

I think the original t-shirt vender for the LRB was the last to own the name but word around here is that he has been replaced by the rest room attendant from the 1995 tour. 7 of the current 8 members were in my son’s high school band in 2003. …….. 3 of them failed music that year. :D

I think when all is said and done at this concert there will be quite a few people in the crowd who will say they recognized more of the songs that the LRB played then the songs DDY played. Did someone say “Paradise”? :?

Na the LRB is just like STYX a bunch of nobodys won the name in court and they are killing the legacy and making money off of it
So its not really TLRB

Are you just baiting is that it ?
I know this is no way true and BTW Paradise is a great song .

That is why I posted what I did. I find it REAL odd that Dennis would agree to play on the same bill as a group that basically won the name of that group in court.

Styx would seem more like the group that should book with LRB not Dennis.

I never meant that Paradise was a bad song. Only that it for the most part is an unrecognizable song to 75 % of the people who will be at the concert. 8)

I am with you, Yogi. I find it a strange combo and oh so ironic! Dennis playing with a band that has not one original member, carrying the name, playing the songs none of them had a part in writing or recording.

Bugsy

OUCH!!! If you were serious with this statement, I would bet you a whole lotta money that they would recognize more Dennis' songs than the LRB.

I LOVE the song "Paradise", just LOVE it!!!

That's what the promoter's wanted, LRB and Dennis on the same bill, it was the promoter's idea on this one.

I'd be dumbfounded if Paradise was even played.

Now bring on Music Time...or better yet...First Time...

Only kidding

HEY!!!!!!!!

Please don't knock "First Time", love that song, and you know it's going to be played at most of the concerts, so you'll have to get used to it when we go to the 6+ shows in 2006 - LOL Road Trips!!!

Sadie, did you think about Montreal yet? 12th row and 1200 miles each way. I'll try not to say how tired I am - LOL

True that YOU love that song, and lord knows I like Dennis...but let's remember you like Unfinished Song too. It just won't rank up in my top 20 Dennis songs.

More road trips! Egads woman...bring it on. LOL. But should there really be another road trip...we are NOT following your directions.

As for you NOT telling me how tired you are...that's truly a mythic idea. It'll never happen.

Montreal...hmmm....stay tuned

Paradise got ALOT of airplay on Majic 105.3 in San Antonio. I thought it was a hit because basically that is their format. Their tagline is' The Greatest Hits of The 80's 90's and today'( used to be 70's) Majic 105.3. That song got Major run for 2-4 weeks.

As for Paradise...., I REALLY like that song. It would of been a HUGE hit on any of their earlier albums. It would of fit perfect in the Paradise Theatre format.
