How did the others react to this, or was it like in Judas Priest where everyone knew but didn't say anything?

BF, If you are well versed enough about Styx to havean opinion about the "DeYoung flap", it's highly unlikely you are just now learning about CP's sexuality. It's been public nowledge for some time now.
I'm not sure what your motivation for this thread is, but I suspect you are trying to stir up something. Do you care to explain ?

This guy has posted one thread after another trying to do nothing but instigate trouble.
I read him like a book.

Which book? Certainly not The Grand Delusion.
Folks, don't take me so seriously. I have made serious posts, too. But I knew about the DeYoung kerfluffle from years ago, and only recently found out about Chuck having AIDS. Maybe my tone is a little acerbic, but the question I posted about Chuck was meant seriously.

Well, since you asked, I don't think that Chuck being gay was ever an issue with the other band members...

I'd imagine they each handled it in their own...just as anyone handles anything in their life. I'm curious to know why anyone feels there was a need to "handle" anything. I'm not trying to overly PC per se...but why do say this is something to handle...and yet we don't say that about the men in the band who are heterosexual?
Perhaps I am just tired of peoples' personal lives and decisions being scrutinized and judged...and I do realize that that isn't necessarily the case here.
