Not to be a wet blanket or anything, but with all this football talk, and having never really commented, I just have to say:
I COULDN'T CARE LESS ABOUT FOOTBALL IF I ACTUALLY TRIED.
There. I said it. I'm also pissed that my two favorite shows, "Lost" and "Boston Legal" weren't on this week because of...football. I will be SO happy when when the season's over!!!!
Jocks...ptfh.
K, I feel better!

Don't hold back Zan!!!! It isn't healthy keeping this to yourself
And besides...when the holidays are around, nothing new is on television.
And soon you get the Olympics as well.

UGH!!! Was I mad when I wanted to watch "Days of Our Lives" on Monday!! How dare them to put football over my soap opera!!! LOL
I don't mind watching football, it depends who's playing and what else is going on. Also it depends which "hot" guys are on which teams, I mean why else watch football, sheesh!! LOL
The Penn State game was great, triple over-time!!!

Congrats to the Longhorns ! and WHAT A GAME !!!!
The only bad thing is now, if Vince turns pro, the Packers will never get a shot at him with the 5th pick in the draft ! He may go #1 or #2 after that dominating perfromance !
as for the olympics ?????? Booooooooooring ! at least most of it. the last Olympic moment I cared about was the Miracle on ice in 1980.

Well, classic, this year, you can watch the greatest professional team ever assembled; Team Canada. No one has a shot against them..no one.
And no, the US dream teams in BB are not nearly as good...

Curling. My second favorite sport....right behind watching the clothes spin around in the dryer. (Come on, T-shirt! My money's on YOU to dry FIRST!!)
And I don't know about Uncle JY, but VINCE (My Cousin Vinny) Young was taking everyone on a wild, roller coaster, Midnight Ride last night in LA!

Hey don't rip on that sport! Those t-shirts prep months in advance....they bulk up by eating the socks you know. Steroid testing hasn't picked up on that yet though.
I personally would add golf and bowling for televised sports that induce comas. Nothing against them at all for participating in....but watching...good lord...puhlease.
And I happen to like hockey and the Olympics!

Golf isn't a sport, Sadie. It's witchcraft. Try it sometime. Amazuingly difficult.
And I happen to like hockey and the Olympics!

Gee, I wonder why that is.

Oh I have tried to golf. I have great respect for those who can actually do it. I, on the other hand, provide comic relief.
Tennis....I do much much better at tennis.

Maybe because hockey was the pro sport my father took me to see when I was a little girl. Some very fond memories there.
