I'd prefer they NOT be Styx songs, actually. I will probably have the DJ play "Yes I Can" and "Paradise" at some point during the reception, but that's about it. Plus, our table names will most likely be Styx-related, just because it's corny, and we love corny.

I can't remember if you are a fan of Dan Fogelberg, but gosh, "Longer" is such a great wedding song. Corny. But awfully pretty.

Or Then You Can Tell Me Goodbye...several versions of this one...Neal McCoy's is my favorite.

Or At Last by Etta James (Cyndi Lauper does a beautiful version of this song)

Certainly given that you are a Barry Manilow fan there must be something of his that you would enjoy.

Good suggestions...Ever Since the World Began, however, was my "first dance" song at my first wedding, so I have to pass this time.

Good one Eric, how bout I like big butts and I cannot lie.

It does not get any better than "We've Only Just Begun," imo.

Karen Carpenter was remarkable.

My sister sang "You Take My Breath Away" and "Teo Torriate" by Queen at my wedding 23 years ago. Not the most uplifting songs granted. But pretty cool none the less.
