I wonder if they're going to have a ticker tape parade for Styx on March 21st to celebrate the 25th Anniversary of Styx Day in Chicago!!

This is the article, I'm trying to find the picture in my Styx stuff.

This publicity photo was taken on March 21, 1981, just moments after
Mayor Jane M. Byrne declared the day "Chicago Salutes STYX DAY" in an
official mayoral proclaimation at City Hall. The band was honored
because of their celebrating the memory of one of Chicago's cultural
landmarks, The Paradise Theatre.

The original caption is as follows: STYX member Dennis DeYoung
presents Mayor Jane Byrne with an official personalized WMET-FM
Paradise Theater STYX Tour Jacket. Pictured from left to right are:
Bruce Holberg, WMET General Manager; Chicago Mayor Jane M. Byrne;
John Panozzo, Dennis DeYoung, James Young and Chuck Panozzo of STYX;
and Jim Cahill, STYX Project Director.

Nobody wore those outfits as well as Tommy! LOL.

Hey...he was a little ahead of the curve in getting in touch with his feminine side...right? Right? That must be it :lol:

Doesn't Dennis just scream "80's"!

White blazer..white tie... the man is ahead of his time again as the Miami Vice look was just around the corner!

No, Tommy wasn't there, he's not from Chicago. It was kind of sad, they made him wait out in the car. Now I really feel bad for him.
