My birthday is October 26th I'm going to be very old. October 28th is a Saturday, I like Saturdays. Saturday's make me happy. Chocolate makes me happy. Cake with a lot of frosting makes me happy. Hearing my favorite music live makes me happy. Being with family and friends makes me happy. Today makes me happy !!!

I honestly don't know any dates or cities. Just what's posted. Really! I swear. Ask Sadie and Bugsy, I tell them everything, well almost everything, just the Dennis / Styx related stuff. LOL

You know Ek, you seem like a really great guy, but Omaha??? What kind of fun can you have in Omaha? Cow tipping?? LOL
No offense, but can't you make it to the Milwaukee/Chicago area??

Interestingly enough, Omaha might be the one place in the state where you're relatively safe from cow-tippers :D Yes, I could make it to the Milwaukee/Chicago area, but probably won't. I'm just not that much into roadtrips for concerts anymore. Actually, the farthest I've ever gone for a show is Kansas City, which is about 4 hours away.

I was kidding about the cow tipping. I just haven't gone cow tipping in years and I was kind of hoping that you all did that out there - LOL

I was in Omaha years and years ago. All I remember was corn and sunflowers through the whole state. What else do you do for fun out der??

That's too bad that you can't go to Chicago. I think those were the best Dennis concerts. Nothing will top the Chicago HOB concert from last year. That's where I heard "Unfinished Song", amazing!!

More dates should be listed after this Canada stretch. Ya never know.

Omaha has become a pretty decent city. It used to be dirty and grimy, but they have shined up downtown very nicely including a new hockey arena for their semi pro team and a really nice Qwest center for concerts. They have *the* best zoo in the upper midwest. It's HUGE and they are always adding very cool things to it. Oh, and lots of fun shopping places! It's only about a little more then two hours for me so it's a fun little getaway.

I always thought that "wild kingdom" neighborhood they used to show on TV...lots of neat animals there. I remember the know it all guy who did all the talking, Marlon was his name. He always made his friend Jim protect him by wrestling with the alligators, or various other dangerous activities while there.

I sure hope Jim had a good insurance policy !

ek, you ever go to that neighborhood ???? its not shown on TV anymore, so maybe it was re-developed into condos or something.........

Good old Marlon Perkins. I used to laugh watching that as jim wrestled those alligators while Marlon sat drinking lemonade. And my goodness...aren't I showing my age....

Having been to Omaha...the cows and alligators both moved out. Of course the fact that it was pouring when I was there, along with trying (and failing) to learn how to drive a stick shift car in that pouring rain...might have had something to do with it. EK...I'm sure it is a great place...Father Flanagan thought so.

Well, they have a zoo. Not too far away is the Air and Space museum, where you can get into a flight simulator and have fun. And, Zio's has great pizza.

Classic, it's a little before my time, so no, haven't been there. BTW, ever seen the blooper where 4 or 5 local types had to rescue Jim from the python? Funny stuff!
