Posted: Tue Jun 20, 2006 7:07 amAbout 10 of us went to the STYX concert last night at my son's request (age 16!). I am not much of a follower of this board or of STYX, I loved their music when I was young, but my first love was Journey (with Perry).
I was up by the stage (my right ear is still ringing!), and these guys were awesome! It looks like they were singing themselves, I am not an expert on such matters, but they looked authentic. They literally blew me away, as I was expecting a bunch of old farts lip synching! Now one may have had a facelift....and two looked like they had DaVinci veneers, but they looked good, played well, and gave a wonderful show. Kudos to them!
