Beloit Riverfest

We saw the show in Beloit Saturday night. Our seats were 8th row dead center. The Outlaws put on a great show in 95 degree heat and humidity. Then Foghat really got the crowd going as the sun went down. the place was packed as far back as I could see when STYX came on. This was my brother inlaw's first STYX show and he said it was much better than he expected. He was impressed with how they sounded just like their albums and how much fun they seemed to be having on stage. He really liked Gowan's energy. But he thought JY was a dork. My only regret was that they only played a greatest hits set. But I suppose that makes sense with this type of crowd.

Sorry I missed you Zan. Maybe I will see you the next time you make it up to the "Frozen Tundra"
