This is a kind of random question, but I was just wondering I Todd Sucherman of the band is either Christian or Jewish. I would DEFINITELY think nothin more lor less of him whether he was one or the other. Simply, as a drummer/Styx fan I was just wondering about one of my favorite drummers since his late name sounds like it could be, ethnically, either.

you'd need to wish todd a happy new year in september, and purchase 8 presents for him in december...

This question pops up every now and then with the band members? I still fail to see why it matters or even comes up at all.

Todd's father was an accomplished Jazz drummer. That is where he gets his chops from. Todd himself plays some great jazz stuff. Pick up Steve Coles "Spin" CD to have a listen, he played on most of the tracks. IF you like Jazz, it's a nice album.

Since Festivious is coming quickly, I was wondering if any of you know where to find the best deal on a pre lit Festivious pole??? None of Wal Marts are pre lit. Target shipments have yet to come in. K-Mart doesnt even carry em anymore. I hate to go the E-bay route because shipping on these babys are a bitch.

Back to the orginial question I am certain that Todd is Jewish. I base this on JY taking some FRIENDLY shots at him back in 1999 when he talked about Boat On The River being recorded is so many languages. When JY said Hebrew he made a joke to Todd. The same joke'friendly shot' can also be heard on the bootleg Styx Perspectives CD.

As a member of the tribe myself, I'm pretty sure Todd is Jewish. He may not be observant or practicing, but I'm pretty sure.

Having said that, what does it matter? I don't have an inclination to an artist or band because they are fellow Jews, Christians, Muslims, etc. It's about the music.
