Blue Falcon inspired me to start a new thread. 
Come on, people...I know you all are creative types and love to play these games. What should DDY call his band that won't get him sued by JY?

DDY's Bar-Room Buddies! I know I've seen one or two of them playing in the local bars around chicago. They still do.

I kind of think Karma might work.
As for his former band. I think he should refer to them the same as that journalist did recently -- The Remnants.

If Styx would change it's name to "The New Styx" like the Cars did when they changed there name to "The New Cars", then Dennis can use "STYX", or Dennis could Call himself "The New Styx".
Number 2
If "Styx" changes there name to that "House Band Planet Earth", then Dennis can use Styx.
