I didn't believe it when a friend told me about this - but a few downloads later, I was convinced that this is the most ill conceived album in the history of the holidays. Even Jesus has to be cringing:

OK, who is that guy and what have you done with the "real" Billy???

I also listened to a sample on his MySpace page. Not as horrible as I thought. But still........ :shock:

Oh Bugsy... it's awful. I've got all the tracks my friend downloaded off bit-torrent. If you bought this album you should have just flushed $15 down the toilet.

A friend of mine loaned me the Twisted Sister Xmas album ... and to my surprise it's quite well done. Nothing like hearing "Oh Come All Ye Faithful" sung to the music of "We're Not Gonna Take It"

I'm probably gonna get slammed for this but I love it! I grew up on big band music, my dad played sax in a local band, and I think Billy stayed true to that sound.

Maybe Billy Idol did this as a joke, it is hard to take serious.

And at the end they do a bit of "Havah Negilah" which is interesting. Saw the video on VH-1 Classics the other day.
