I took my children yesterday to see the new version of Charlet's Web. It was a very good movie.
Anyway, boy was I suprised near the end when they took Wilber to the Somerset County Fair. Guess who the headline act was that night??????????????????
Thats right it was Styx!!!!!!
Right after the pig judging, there is a scene where the towns marching band comes out. Guess what tune they are playing???????????????????????????????????????????
Thats correct it was Blue Collar Man!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
After this scene you can her the announcer say : 'Ladies and Gentlemen it is my esteem honor to introduce the great band Styx'.......
It's hard to hear what Styx opens with at The Somerset County Fair but I think it was also Blue Collar Man.
Look for these new version on their upcoming CD.
On last thing, Tommy made a cameo in the movie and he looked GREAT. You cant rag on his appearance here!! I believe he also took a buttermilk bath before the fair!!!
