Well I guess if Styx can play two superbowl's, Dennis can be part of one too!

While I have ALWAYS stated that Tommy Shaw is a star, Dennis Deyoung is a SUPERSTAR!!

If his new CD is any good I look for him to hit BIG again ala Carlos Santana, Aerosmith.

In fact on Feb 3 Styx will be at Super Saturday Blast/ Taste of the NFL In Miami and here in Ft Laudrerdale.

Not sure which blast they will be at and if it is the same one as Dennis.

I can see it now: elevator doors open as Dennis enters to share a downstairs ride with his former bandmate, JY. Dennis tells JY that referring to him as "that other guy" hurts him deeply, and JY vows never to call him that again. Then JY and Mrs. DeYoung exchange plastic surgeon business cards.

The legal bills from any such encounter would be staggering to say the least, LOL. I still believe that Tommy and Dennis will put aside their differences at some point, but JY and Dennis . . . I'm not gonna hold my breath. For all that's been said publicly, all I can say is that privately it's far worse.

Tommy has already had his people find out which hotel Dennis is staying at. He made sure that Dennis's room is on the 7th floor or above. This way Dennis is more than likely to take an elvator

Tommy has also found out that the hotel where Dennis is staying has two seperate elevators.

Tommy(posing as Jonathan Chance) is going to do a meet and greet in the hotel lobby the day before the Super Bowl.

After the meet and greet from the lobby Tommy will stake out elevator B looking for Dennis.

There is a room next to elevator A. Tommy has already rented that room for 3 nights. The door to that room will remain open from 9am until 10pm. In the entry way of Suite 49 will sit Tommy's wife. She will be armed with a Walkie Talkie(direct access to Tommy) dim lights, a Barbers Chair facing the elevator, clippers and a scissors.

You guys are pretty funny! I would love to be a fly on the wall of the elevator if JY and Dennis got stuck in there. But I would hope my wings were in good shape. I might have to fly the hell out of there when they started exchanging blows!

Talking about what I said earlier and if they will be at the same place, the answer is YES. They will both perform at this same event. This from Chucky.

I'm sure nothing much will happen . We do that gig and leave for Ft Lauderdale
the same day. I'm intersted in meeting Travolta !!!!!! and some NFL players .

From what I understand, they are NOT playing the same event, but both are playing similarly named events on the same night, pretty much at the same time. Different venues, though.

As to coverage. Both are charitable events, and I am guessing that only if ET, or Access Hollywood or whatever shows up will there be a mention of any of these events.

Information is hard to come by, though.

The way Chuck said that he is interested in meeting John Travolta, I thought it was the same event, unless Travolta is running 2 or 3 different shows at once. Dennis's name shows up for the show hosted by John Travolta but I didn't see Styx's name anywhere on any of the event's. So it is hard to say.
