Wow! That’s the same spot my band played at that fest in 2004. That is the opening act for the opening act!! They use that spot to get the sound system checked for the weekend. That slot paid $4000.00 three years ago. He can expect maybe 500 people to be there at that time on the first day.

I think it must just be a scheduling issue, cause if you look at day one, it's pretty jam packed, yet there are holes all through the rest of the schedule. Interesting... and are they REALLY gonna have 3 snores down headline a day? BORRR-RING!

Yes it is bass. I'm playing tomorrow night in Chicago. You can see us if you take a trip to the midwest. :D

I think we've had this conversation once before, last year. You guys play originals, or are you a cover band like us? Gosh, as much as I would love to leave my 60 degree, sunny home to see how long it takes me to literally freeze to death, I think I'm going to pass. ;-)

Break a leg!

(I'm gigging tomorrow night too - They've requested "Joy to the World" by Three Dog Night. I get to sing it. woohoo. LOL)

We do originals and covers. It's hard to do all originals at the summer fests. People want to hear songs that they know. The weathers not too bad here. It was only -4 when I woke up this morning!! 8)

Oh, come here, snugglebunny, I'll keep you warm. Is that better, Yogi? ;-)

No, but seriously, pft! on THAT weather. I woke up, and it was in thehigh fifties. I got my jacket and shivered my way to the car. That's about as frigid as I am willing to tolerate.

Nothing wrong with playing covers. I happen to LOVE what I do. As long as you do them justice, then you're doing alright. have fun tomorrow! (do you guys have any samples I can hear?) :-D

Enjoy the room service!!!

We were at Rockfest in 2004. What band are you in, is it Rockslide?
