Hello:

If anyone is interested, I gave an interview to James and Paul of Styxnet.com regarding the release of my Styx biography 'The Grand Delusion: The Unauthorized True Story of Styx'. It is up today. You can read it at http://www.styxnet.com/sterling.html

I really, really like Tommy. He's actually a very friendly, good guy. He suffers from depression, not unlike the vast majority of talented artists. There's such an overlap between song writing talent and depression that I have often wondered if one is merely a symptom of the other. I think it's actually possible that writing ability and creative ability is just a side effect of mental illness . . . or mental illness is a side effect of creative ability. I'm not sure which is more true, but I'm always intrigued by the overlap between the two.

I didn't know that he was shy and suffers from depression. I thought he was one of those guys who goes out all the time and have the time of his life. How long has been suffering from it?
