www.thegranddelusion and order it. You can also find it at Target.com, Borders.com (when in stock), abebooks.com. You are supposed to be able to order it in your local book store as well, but I think that's probably a crapshoot as I am not a big priority for them, LOL.
Amazon is a sure bet I would say.
