A Personal Message

Postby styxfansite » Thu Mar 29, 2007 9:04 am

I wanted to post something that really doesn't belong on this board because it is personnal, but needs to be said. Many of you have probably been asking what my avatar means or is about. My father was diagnosed with ALS/Lou Gehrigs disease 3 years ago. On Sunday the 25th we lost him to this horrible disease. ALS needs a cure or a better treatment to help fight it.

What is ALS? http://www.alsa.org/als/what.cfm?CFID=3697063&CFTOKEN=2808406

Thanks

Sorry. We lost a family member a few months ago to it as well. Take care.
NO. He's NOT Steve F'ing Perry. But he's Arnel F'ing Pineda and I'm okay with that.

a next door neighbor of mine had it many years ago. He's been gone a long time. We go to his families benefit for ALS every year for the cause. Good cause to support.
