I liked the video. I notice little things like seeing "Snowblind reaches number one" and stuff like Brave New World released in 1998, along with Tommy Shaw replacing TOM Curulewski?

Good video though.

It is more of a timeline for styx.

I noticed the snowblind remark to. I had to recheck the http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Styx_(band) charts section to make sure I didn't misread that :D . Maybe it was missed when they compiled the charts??

Beginning of the video with the Grand Illusion-era video:

THAT was when Deyoung LOOKED like a rock star. Now he looks like a perv ice cream man, he said it best "Just like Grampa".

cool. Some of the music seems out of place, but otherwise pretty cool. Yeah, the Snowblind thing is a bit off.

Having said this, I still liked the video. It's nice to see the stuff about John again.

Does anybody know what video software was used to create this?

More than likely either Adobe Premier or Avid Studio. Could also be Pinnacle. I have done a few video's myself in Adobe and like there software.

So Dennis was, by your own admission, at least at one time something you'll never be.

Ok, I have a background in multimedia production. That video was not good from a production standpoint. Poor rendering on some of the graphics and a lot of mistakes on the information. A first year film editing student would have been given a poor grade if this video was submitted for a grade.

Well....it's still better than what I could have done.....even though I know "Snowblind" was never (close to being) a hit.

And I enjoyed watching it

Didn't Snowblind get a lot of Rock Station Airplay?? Maybe that's what he meant.

It peaked at like #27 on the rock charts..

Just for comparison - even Love Is The Ritual did better than that.. It was a minor rock hit at best...

Actually I just looked on the Wikipedia Styx chart site and according to it, the only Billboard charted singles off Paradise are BOT, TMTOMH, NEGAP, and Rockin The Paradise.
