Hello:
I have gotten quite a few e-mails from people in Canada telling me that 'The Grand Delusion' has been hard to get there, and that Amazon.ca has not been stocking it. I finally prevailed upon them to get a few in stock and try it out, so it is available right now. They've sold a few and I think there are only a very few left right now, but once those sell then they will surely order more. If you live in Canada and want it right now, I'd suggest you order today, I think there are just three left until they re-order.
I am also now selling the book directly myself through Amazon.com, autographed and numbered, and for a dollar less than if Amazon fulfills the order. So for those who have been asking about getting an autographed copy, now there's a way to do it!
Thanks everyone for your continued interest and support.
Sterling

Hey Sterling,
I noticed that Amazon.com said you are shipping from Tn. Where in TN are you located? I'm thinking about ordering a signed copy really soon. Will I be charged tax since I am also in TN?
I may order it Friday after I get paid

Amazon actually handles the billing end of the transaction, I only handle the fulfillment. I'm sure whatever taxes and such that normally appply will still apply. I am in Nashville, incidentally.
If you're near Nashville and you want to save on the shipping and handling cost, PM me and maybe we can work it out.
Thanks.

Hi Sterling,
I'm one of those lucky folks who got my copy through Amazon.ca, although I had to wait 6 weeks for it (I think they sent it up here by dogsled - that's a bit hard to do in June).
I just finished it and I thoroughly enjoyed it. Thank you.
I'm sorry I'll be missing the autograph!

I'm in Clarksville. I go to Nashville quite frequently. I'm going through Nashville today to get to Birmingham for the Styx and REO concert tonight

I might be able to meet you in couple weeks though. It'd save you on Amazon charges. I'll let you know.

Hi, Sterling,
I just received my copy from Amazon.ca yesterday, and it didn't take very long, so I must have ordered after you contacted them. I actually thought I had ordered the book when it first came out, but could not find a record of an order and didn't receive anything (old age?), so re-ordered a couple of weeks ago. I'm looking forward to the read...

Took me 3 days.
When I got to the Enter Tommy Shaw chapter,'Boat on the river' started playing on my I-pod shuffle"
Isn't that something?
