I didn't know Chuck had written any songs. Are they on the older albums? Did he sing any of the harmonies? It seems like when I saw them, he sang back-up on some of the songs. I could be wrong though.

He didn't. It was a light hearted joke on my part aimed at certain people who seem facinated by whatever I write.

I love how CHuck think s he deserves a SONGWRITING CREDIT for coming up with 3 words. Yeah Chuck, how much of the rest of the song did you write? How much of the music did you write of that song? How much of the underlying theme did you come up with? Yeah..you deserve a songwriting credit for that...give me a freakin break.

I think it was suggesting the word "roll" be changed to "show", so thats not even exactly 3 words. I don't know how the music industry typically works with who gets writing credit and whatnot (and according to Sterling, Styx had a very complex way of doing things), but the change in word was pretty significant. So, Dennis chooses to thank Chuck in the credits rather than give him writing credit. Is that wrong? I don't know.
