I've found out who 'Scar' is

In Half-Penny Two-Penny, DDY enthusiastically greets some construction worker named Scar. After years of contemplating this, I've finally figured out that is has to be David 'Scar' Hodo from the Village People. Maybe this finally explains DDY's interest in Broadway tunes...

I am actually a Village People fan! Sure, they were cheesy as hell but they remind me of being an 8-year-old punk back in the late 70s. And they probably are all...um...sorta like those three-dollar bills you hear about. But hey, so is Chuck!!
