2 other mysterious embedded "noise" in Styx songs

THese are mysterious words that I have no idea what they are.
Here goes -
High Time - At the very end...during the fading out of the High Time chorus, Dennis seems to be yelling something - almost like he's pissed off. I really can't make it out except it sounds like he is saying "hundreds of times..hundreds of times"... anyone know what this is?
Heavy Water - About 2/3 of the way through it sounds like speech that has been slowed down. Its during the guitar solo. What is this? What is it saying? Have no clue...
